Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Telemedicine Patient Support professional to assist patients and doctors with teleconsultation needs in a fast-paced health services environment.

The role involves addressing inquiries, coordinating schedules, issuing LOAs, and troubleshooting basic telemedicine issues to ensure smooth remote consultations across our network of clinics and doctors nationwide.

Qualifications

• Provide assistance to patients regarding telemedicine-related inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between patients and doctors.
• Issue Letters of Authorization (LOA) to patients as required.
• Troubleshoot basic telemedicine platform and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to patients regarding telemedicine-related inquiries and concerns.
• Contacts patients via email or phone to address scheduling matters.
• Issues Letters of Authorization (LOA) to patients as required.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic telemedicine platform and connectivity issues.
• Coordinates consultation schedules and facilitates communication between patients and doctors.
• Manages and organizes daily consultation schedules for assigned physicians to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Prepares and consolidates consultation summary data for daily or periodic accomplishment reports.
• Serves as a liaison between doctors and MediCard to support smooth coordination and information flow.
• Performs other administrative and operational tasks as assigned from time to time.
