Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking a proactive Outreach Coordinator to research physician prospects, build contact lists, and manage high-volume email, fax, and social media campaigns.

Based in Manila with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote after 6-month probation), you’ll engage medical offices, verify details, and support appointment setting. Strong English, 1–2 years telemarketing or lead gen, and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills, with confidence and professionalism when speaking with physicians offices and other healthcare contacts.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume, repetitive outreach activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to accurately maintain and update contact or lead lists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify new physicians and medical practices for marketing and outreach purposes.
• Build, maintain, and update accurate physician marketing and contact lists.
• Contact physicians offices to verify or obtain key contact information, including names, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses.
• Send 50–100 templated emails or faxes daily to targeted physician contacts using existing and newly developed lists.
• Follow up with physician offices to confirm receipt of marketing materials and properly document responses.
• Forward interested physician responses and inquiries to management for further follow-up and appointment setting.
• Support physician outreach through targeted social media connections and other approved communication channels.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume, repetitive outreach activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to accurately maintain and update contact or lead lists
• Strong attention to detail when verifying contact information, documenting responses, and managing outreach records
• Computer- and internet-savvy, with the ability to conduct online research and navigate different websites to identify potential leads
• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent, with the ability to work independently and meet daily outreach targets of 50–75 contacts

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
