As a Healthcare QA Analyst, be part of a top-performing provider of independent medical evaluation (IME) and review services – backed by decades of experience in serving the industry since 1984!

Apply your clinical expertise with a long-established U.S. provider by ensuring accurate medical documentation and compliance, with long-term career growth and PHP 50,000 sign-on bonus! The role offers a hybrid setup in Manila (BGC, Taguig), 3 days onsite and 2 remote after a 6-month probation.

Qualifications

• RN or Nursing graduate preferred; Allied Health graduate considered.
• Minimum 2 years in medical accounts, clerical, administrative or documentation review.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain and update documentation across systems, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
• Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues as needed.
• Support audits, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain and update documentation across systems, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
• Identify, flag, and **escalate** documentation or compliance issues as needed.
• Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address QA concerns.

Key Criteria

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Nursing graduate is preferred but Allied Health graduate can also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical accounts, clerical, administrative, or documentation review roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong English communication skills, with confidence in handling calls and high-volume emails.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time 8:30am to 5:30pm (8:30pm – 5:30am PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
