Salary Range: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000

The role

The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the telemarketing team to achieve sales and business development objectives. This role oversees daily operations, monitors team performance, develops effective calling strategies, and ensures the team consistently meets productivity and revenue targets. The Telemarketing Manager also coaches and motivates telemarketers to deliver excellent customer interactions and maximize sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and lead a team of telemarketers to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Oversee daily outbound calling activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales opportunities.
• Monitor team productivity, call quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement outbound calling strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to telemarketers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and applicable telemarketing regulations.
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or contact center operations, including leadership or managerial experience.
