Qualifications

• At least 6 months–1 year of sales or upselling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Clear and professional neutral/American English accent.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Able to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers/patients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone, SMS, and email.
• Engage prospects and convert inquiries into active enrollments.
• Conduct consultative sales by identifying patient needs and recommending wellness programs.
• Explain available treatment and program options clearly.
• Handle objections related to pricing, treatment options, safety, eligibility, and patient concerns.
• Build rapport and deliver a professional patient experience.
• Accurately document interactions, dispositions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure communications follow telehealth regulations and company policies.
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and performance targets.
