Job summary

ETSI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer for our telecoms division to plan and implement OSH policies and programs. You will lead HIRAC processes, conduct routine EHS inspections, and advise staff on safety topics to maintain a compliant work environment.

Qualifications

Experience as Safety Officer in telecoms (min 3 years).
Knowledge of planning and implementation of OSH policies and programs.
Knowledge of Health Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC).
Attention to detail, empathy, and a sense of urgency.
Willing to perform additional tasks as required.

Responsibilities

Plans and implements OSH policies and programs.
Advises and leads employees on safety topics.
Conducts routine EHS inspection of equipment, workplaces and hazardous materials.
Inspects workplaces to ensure no safety or health hazards to employees or environment.
Prepares government & corporate reports per DOLE and project standards and provides statistics to management.
Conducts HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control).
Conducts toolbox meetings and job safety analyses; prepares accident/incident investigations.
