Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced EHS Officer to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across data center operations, construction, retrofit, and A&A projects. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, incident investigation skills, and a proactive safety culture with employees and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on EHS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and deep familiarity with ISO 45001 and DOLE/OSH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS management, construction management, engineering, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing comprehensive EHS programs including construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and DOLE/OSH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve EHS programs across data center operations, construction, retrofit, and A&A projects.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH Center, GMS, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Eliminate workplace safety risks and cultivate a proactive site-wide safety culture among employees and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze EHS metrics, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
