Job summary

Flash Express is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives in Cavite, Philippines. You will develop, implement and update policies, conduct risk assessments, coordinate training, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to foster a safety-first culture while maintaining records and liaising with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in health and safety management (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct training and foster a strong safety culture.
• Certifications such as BOSH, OSH, HIRAC, or equivalent are an advantage
