Flash Express is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to lead and oversee workplace safety programs in Laguna. The role emphasizes implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining training records to ensure compliant, safe operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of HSE experience, and strong leadership, communication, and training abilities to foster a robust safety culture within a dynamic logistics environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health and safety management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct training and foster a strong safety culture.
• Certifications such as BOSH, OSH, HIRAC, or equivalent are an advantage
