Job summary

A leading manpower services company is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer for on-site work in Cebu. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining fiber optic and broadband networks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure is essential, along with excellent analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecom or ISP industry.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fiber optic and broadband access networks (FTTH, GPON, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network deployments.
• Manage and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment.
