Job summary

OutForce BPO Philippines is seeking a Network Provisioning Team Lead for Broadband and Ethernet in Cebu. You will lead day-to-day provisioning activities, coach the team, and ensure delivery meets SLAs while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will collaborate with UK stakeholders, demonstrate strong people management, and be ready to spend initial months handling provisioning calls to stay operationally aligned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a team lead role within telco provisioning.
• Experience leading or supervising networks/service provisioning teams.
• Strong understanding of telco provisioning processes, tools, and SLAs.
• Proven people management, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Cebu.
• Ability to work UK-aligned hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Network Provisioning team.
• Oversee Broadband and Ethernet provisioning activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage team performance, including KPIs, quality standards, attendance, and productivity.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
• Handle people management responsibilities including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Act as escalation point for complex provisioning issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders to maintain and improve service quality standards.
• Spend time handling customer provisioning calls during the initial months to ensure operational readiness.
