Job summary

OutForce Inc. Cebu office is seeking a Team Lead for the Numbering & Porting team to drive day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management. This onsite role supports UK-aligned hours and ensures accurate, timely handling of numbering and porting activities.

You’ll manage KPIs, coach staff, run onboarding, and escalate complex issues, partnering with Quality Assurance and UK stakeholders. The position offers competitive compensation, night differential, and a path for career

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications numbering & porting, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Numbering & Porting team.
• Oversee Numbering & Porting activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage team performance, including KPIs, quality standards, attendance, and productivity.
• Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
• Handle people management responsibilities including performance reviews and HR-related matters.
• Act as escalation point for complex numbering & porting issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders and indirect reporting teams as required.
