Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) seeks an Implementation Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end fixed network deployment projects in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT.
• 3–5 years in a Project Manager or Implementation Manager role in telecoms.
• Experience with fixed network deployment (IPRAN/DWDM/IP Network/Fiber/Metro Ethernet).
• Experience managing subcontractors, site implementation, customer coordination, and project acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed network implementation projects as National or Regional PM.
• Develop and execute project plans for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Present weekly updates in customer meetings and daily internal reports.
• Prepare PCB reports including progress, risks, issues, finances, and actions.
• Drive monthly site delivery targets, billing milestones, and overdue collections.
• Identify risks and resolve issues in compliance with policies.
• Manage subcontractors from material delivery to billing and acceptance.
• Be primary customer and subcontractor contact for communication and escalation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement.
• Oversee site installation and acceptance for IPRAN, DWDM, IP network projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety standards.
• Support warehousing activities as needed.
• Ensure documentation, certificates, handover, and closure are completed.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
