Job summary

FINSI in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support telecom projects. You will monitor plans, timelines and costs, coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, and maintain project docs and reports.

You will provide logistics and admin support, drive vendors to meet targets, and assist in resolving site issues in line with client standards. The role requires 2–3 years in telecom project coordination and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in telecom or related field.
• 2–3 years as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
• Knowledgeable across Telecom domains such as Civil, Power, RF, Transport, OSP & Wireline.
• Must know Telecom domains like Diff Tech, BFT, OPSAS, Integration, TRFS.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs.
• Coordinate project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Provide logistics and administrative support as needed.
• Drive third-party vendors to achieve targets.
• Support vendors on queries and clarifications regarding projects.
• Prepare reports and other site documentation.
• Assist vendors with site issues and provide resolutions per Client Standards.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by PM/Team Lead.
