Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Controller to monitor schedules, track budgets, and generate reports for management and clients. The role involves coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project control, document control, or telecom project support.
• Experience in telecom projects such as network rollout, tower construction, fiber deployment, or system integration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and track progress against approved timelines.
• Control and report project financial performance, including budget tracking, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, invoices, purchase orders, and technical submissions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial and progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on project status.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and billing schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation for project claims, variations, and change orders.
• Support forecasting, cost control, and resource planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain document control systems with proper versioning and archiving.
