Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support telecom projects in Cebu City. You will assist the Project Lead in monitoring plans, timelines and costs, coordinate activities with internal teams and third-party vendors, and help prepare project documentation and reports.

You will also provide logistics and administrative support, drive vendors to meet targets, and assist in resolving site issues in line with client standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• preferably Engineering in Telecommunications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry.
• Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic office software.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Knowledgeable in all telecom domains such as Civil, Power, Telecom, RF, Transport, OSP & Wireline (advantage).
• Must have knowledge in telecom domains such as Diff Tech, BFT, OPSAS, Integration, TRFS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs.
• Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
• Provides logistics and administrative support as needed.
• Drives third-party vendors to achieve targets.
• Supports third-party vendors on queries and clarifications regarding projects.
• Prepare reports and other site documentation.
• Assist third-party vendor in site issues and provide resolutions per Client Standards.
