Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for a telecommunications account.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and general troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
