Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials meet grammar, formatting, accuracy, compliance, and brand-standard requirements.
• Validate technical accuracy of telecom process flows, procedures, and system steps.
• Test eLearning modules for functionality, navigation, and SCORM compliance.
• Manage version control and ensure all materials meet documentation standards.
• Partner with instructional designers, content managers, and SMEs to resolve quality issues.
• Track defects, prepare QA reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support final publishing and release readiness reviews.
