Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking an Agri Tele-Marketing Specialist to market and promote assigned agri loan products, and to engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, driving sales and loan uptake.

The role focuses on executing marketing strategies to qualify prospects, convert leads to response and release, and achieve the target number of loan releases, while maintaining accurate client records and providing excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect clients to market the assigned loan product/s.
• Endorse and qualify leads based on set eligibility criteria.
• Verify and update client information.
• Ensure that leads are converted into target number of releases.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client information and monitoring systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct follow-ups through effective communication and relationship-building; and
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.

About the role

Responsible for marketing and promoting assigned agri loan products, engaging with potential and existing clients through calls, and driving sales. The Agri Tele-Marketing Specialist shall ensure productive execution of marketing strategies to qualify prospects, convert leads to response and release, and achieve the target number of loan releases.

Key responsibilities

1. 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospect clients to market the assigned loan product/s;


2. 2. Endorse and qualify leads based on set eligibility criteria;


3. 3. Verify and update client information;


4. 4. Ensure that leads are converted into target no. of releases;


5. 5. Maintain accurate and updated records of client information and monitoring systems;


6. 6. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct follow-ups through effective communication and relationship-building; and


7. 7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
