Job summary

HRTx Inc in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding of third-party vendors, and manage the lifecycle aligned with product and procurement needs.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement to support vendor-driven opportunities, optimize SLAs, and drive strategic vendor planning in a dynamic telecom environment. Onsite Monday–Friday with a focus on collaboration and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in vendor or partnership management.
• Minimum 2 years in people leadership or team management.
• Experience in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and selection of third-party vendors in alignment with product and procurement requirements
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including contracts, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring against service level agreements
• Serve as the primary liaison for vendor relationships, ensuring alignment on business objectives, go-to-market plans, and joint initiatives
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams to support vendor-driven sales opportunities, co-marketing activities, and enablement programs
• Drive strategic vendor planning, including business reviews, incentive program optimization, and alignment of partner roadmaps with company priorities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in vendor management, partnership management, or related roles
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a people leadership or team management capacity
• Proven experience working within the telecom (telco) industry or similar large-scale technology environment
• Strong background in managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service-level performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage complex stakeholder relationships
