Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with exposure to the food industry or value chain.
• Experience in category management, sourcing, or related operational environments.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and drive change initiatives.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
