Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a Sr Manager Training to lead Client Training Associates, delivering first-line technical support to clients using our product. The role requires coordinating backlog/live support schedules and smooth transitions to the product.

You will design curricula, supervise trainers, conduct performance reviews, and drive delivery excellence across telco accounts. Strong leadership and communication are essential; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years' experience in handling Telco or Telecommunications account.
• Experienced in conducting knowledge transfer sessions and training groups.
• Must have operational leadership experience with a strong focus on delivery excellence and continuous performance improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution, ensuring effective implementation of strategies and achievement of business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.
• Ability to travel, as needed.
• Experience in managing functional groups.
