This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and upskilling our workforce within the telecommunications sector. As a BPO Trainer specialising in telco operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our agents are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service delivery and supporting the growth of our telco business unit.

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry products, services, billing systems and customer service protocols


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences


• Demonstrated ability to develop training content and deliver effective learning programmes


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems (LMS)


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
