You'll own client outcomes, monitor health, and help drive adoption of Contact Centre and SD-WAN solutions, while growing your career in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in client success, service delivery, or account support.
• Strong verbal and written communication for remote engagement.
• Familiarity with Contact Centre technologies (NiceCX, Cisco) and SD-WAN.
• Experience contributing to account success with proactive support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a remote technical point of contact with client stakeholders.
• Onboard clients and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
• Address inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
• Provide technical recommendations to drive adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with delivery, project management, and operations teams.
