Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team in the Australian telco space, based in BGC, Taguig City. This Service Delivery role leads onboarding for mobile customers, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely delivery.

We seek at least 3 years in onboarding or related roles, strong organization, clear communication, problem-solving, and a degree or equivalent experience. Onsite dayshift with competitive benefits.

• 3+ years in a similar onboarding role across industries
• Excellent at explaining complex ideas and leading productive meetings
• Proven ability to keep projects on track and deliver
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for mobile customers from start to finish
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely setup
• Track progress and address blockers to avoid delays
• Act as customer advocate and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaborate with internal and customer contacts to align everyone
