Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Technical Delivery Specialist to coordinate and complete change activities for telco customers onsite. You will ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution across multiple sites and teams.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, autonomy, and clear communication with customers via phone and email. Prior telco change-delivery experience is preferred, with a commitment to 100% YOU culture at MicroSourcing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years relevant work experience in a telco/customer management context.
• In-depth understanding of Telco Fixed (data & voice) products.
• Proven service delivery experience incl. adds, changes, relocations, terminations, and order management.
• Strong time management and change-management skills.
• Excellent customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Knowledge of IPND compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete change activities across deployed networks and solutions.
• Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with customer and company expectations.
• Provide regular updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage internal workgroups to meet schedules for complex multi-site projects.
• Escalate bottlenecks to leadership and handle exceptions promptly.
• Support process improvements and reporting to drive efficiency.
