Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is building a new Telco onboarding team to support a major Australian telco client. The role focuses on onboarding mobile customers, provisioning devices and plans, and keeping projects on schedule.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to remove roadblocks, explain complex changes, and deliver a seamless transition. Join a collaborative, growth‑minded team that values quality and customer success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience onboarding a customer to a service across any industry (utilities, logistics, etc.).
• Experience in BPO telco migrations (site relocation, NBN migration, mobile transition, 4G/5G moves) is a plus.
• Highly organized with a knack for keeping projects on track; formal certification is a bonus.
• Excellent at explaining complex ideas and running productive meetings with clients and teams.
• A pro at finding solutions that work for everyone.
• High accuracy with a sharp eye for detail and a college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile transitions from start to finish, ensuring delivery as promised.
• Keep projects on schedule by tracking progress and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Be a customer champion by helping clients understand new services and resolve issues during transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to ensure alignment.
• Solve problems to deliver workable solutions for both the customer and telco provider.

Your Role:

As a Service Delivery - Telco Onboarding & Provisioning you will lead the onboarding process for our mobile customers, ensuring their devices and plans are set up accurately and on schedule. You'll partner with both customers and internal teams to keep the process moving and quickly resolve any roadblocks.

As a Service Delivery - Telco Onboarding & Provisioning , you will:

• Manage mobile transitions: Guide new and existing customer projects from start to finish, making sure we deliver what we promised.
• Keep things on schedule: Track progress, work with different teams, and solve any problems that could cause delays.
• Be a customer champion: Help customers understand their new services and solve any issues they have during the transition.
• Collaborate: Work with both internal teams and customer contacts to make sure everyone is on the same page.
• Solve problems: Find solutions that work for both the customer and the telco provider.

What You Need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (onboarding a customer to a service) across any industry i.e. utilities, logistics, etc. Experience in BPO telco migrations (site relocation, NBN migration, mobile transition, 4G/5G moves) is a plus!
• Highly organized with a talent for keeping projects on track. (Formal certification is a bonus, but not required.)
• Excellent at explaining complex ideas and running productive meetings with clients and teams.
