Job summary
Shore360 seeks a skilled Tekla Structures modeller to deliver 3D steel models and drawings. You will coordinate with consultants and engineers to ensure accurate assemblies, marking plans, and IFC outputs for automated steel processing.
The role requires reading complex drawings, attention to detail, and strong English communication to liaise with project teams and clients in a dynamic offshore staffing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Tekla Structures for 3D modelling of steel.
- Strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of Australian standards is a plus.
- Experience with laser scanning and pointclouds is advantageous.
- Good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- 3D modelling of structural steel in Tekla Structures.
- Coordinate with consultants' 3D models and drawings.
- Produce assemblies, single-part drawings and marking plans.
- Produce IFC models / digital files for automated steel processing.
- Provide Tekla-based information for on-site set-outs.
- Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants.
