Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, HR, or technology enablement.
• Knowledge of technology roles and skills across engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and agile practices.
• Experience coordinating learning programs and managing external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology competency mapping across engineering, architecture, data, QA, product, cybersecurity, and platform roles.
• Translate competency gaps into structured learning journeys, certifications, and development priorities.
• Develop and coordinate the Technology Training Program Plan with skills roadmaps and timelines.
• Support TechStart, Tech Academy tracks, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal academies to align external programs with governance standards.
• Track governance, risk, and compliance training and report program outcomes.
