Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives in Taguig City within a hybrid work setup. You will guide end-to-end project delivery, align requirements with business goals, and coordinate diverse teams including software developers, business analysts, and QA specialists.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management or related tech leadership, strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, Trello, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Development, or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology and innovation initiatives.
• Define project requirements, establish project plans and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, QA specialists, designers, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage Agile and Scrum project delivery frameworks, including sprint planning, progress tracking, retrospectives, and release management.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and overall project performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
