FWD Life Philippines seeks a Head of IT Security and Technology Governance to lead security leadership, program management, and governance across the organization, in coordination with Group IT Security. This senior role drives strategy, risk management, and secure project lifecycles.

You will oversee security initiatives, develop metrics, promote security awareness, and report to senior technology leaders, shaping a strong security culture in the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in information security across business units.
• Experience defining and delivering security programs aligned with global standards.
• Ability to drive secure project lifecycles and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Information Security Leadership (25%) lead and oversee security activities with IT teams and Group Security.
• Security Program Management (15%) define and maintain the local security program with objectives and standards.
• Security Initiatives and Governance (30%) design and roll out security projects and solutions.
• Security Metrics and Risk Management (5%) map risks and track remediation efforts.
• Security Awareness and Stakeholder Engagement (5%) promote security culture across staff.
• Executive Reporting and Governance (10%) provide updates to CIO/CTO and CISO.
• Technology Governance Leadership (10%) advance technology procedures and regulatory compliance.
