Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Manila is seeking a Technology Operations Support Coordinator. This full-time role collaborates with AGS Technology Analysts and PMO teams to support day-to-day operations and provisioning for ACUMEN IWP products, delivering strong customer service and timely incident tracking.

You will maintain incident records, manage service requests, and coordinate outages globally, while helping keep SLAs and metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with AGS VMS tech stacks (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Salesforce, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Previous software administration and support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Document, submit and monitor inquiry, incident and low complexity service tickets to the Technology Operations team via Salesforce.
• Grant software licenses for internal technologies and track access requests.
• Ensure all information and attachments are received before escalation.
• Track technology issues, updates and resolutions through Salesforce.
• Triages tickets before reassigning to Tech Ops Analysts and Tech CoE.
• Create, update and maintain AGS Technology Operations documentation as needed.
• Capture and report on SLAs and metrics for continuous improvements.
• Assist analysts with basic questions on functionality and configuration.
• Research and troubleshoot technology incidents to resolve issues before escalation.
• Conduct initial testing and QA on technology incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate VMS outages globally.
