You will examine user friction, document findings, prioritize issues, and collaborate with partner teams to improve the end-to-end technology experience and incident workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues with available systems and tools.
• Ability to translate experiences into knowledge-base articles and user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to multiple Studio tools and workflows and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for users seeking technical assistance.
• Investigate, document, and categorize interactions with a focus on trends.
• Triage and research bugs; participate in incident/outage management workflows.
• Create robust documentation to support a positive knowledge base.
• Identify patterns across Studio applications and compose bug reports as needed.
• Suggest improvements, request features, and develop self-service solutions.
• Link Zendesk tickets that show recurring user friction and maintain the Jira space.
• Collaborate with global teams to bridge user experience with partner teams.
• Support Netflix's commitment to inclusion and a positive team environment.
