Job summary

American Express is hiring an entry-level Technology Analyst to support contractor lifecycle management and SAP Fieldglass activities within Technology. You’ll process workforce transactions, maintain records, and assist with data management and process improvement in a hybrid Manila-based setting.

Under guidance, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, handle routine inquiries, and contribute to operational efficiency while learning systems and tools essential to our business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to process routine tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to follow documented processes.
• Willingness to learn new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor onboarding, profile changes, offboarding using SAP Fieldglass.
• Support Fieldglass transactions, data updates, workflow monitoring and inquiries.
• Review requests for completeness, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain contractor and engagement records with PMDB updates.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations and quality checks.
• Maintain operational trackers and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with leaders and workforce teams for updates.
• Escalate issues as needed and suggest improvements.
• Maintain process docs, job aids and knowledge articles.
• Leverage digital tools to support documentation and reporting.
