Job summary

American Express International Inc. is seeking a CLR Specialist to join the Philippines Colleague Experience Group. You will manage complex employment relations cases, support global programs, and help minimize risk across markets while aligning with leadership behaviors and values.

You will build partnerships with internal teams, guide change initiatives, and deliver training to reduce labor risk, with a hybrid schedule and global scope.

Qualifications

• Professional-level fluency (spoken and written) in Japanese and English, with ability to conduct business communications and engage with stakeholders in supported markets.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with concentration in Employee & Labor Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, or related discipline.
• Experience handling Employee Relations issues for different markets, globally.
• Experience in conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to cascade complex messages clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end complex employment relations cases and track through the global case management tool.
• Provide support to new business initiatives including process guidance for consultation and documentation support.
• Provide CLR specialist advice to CEG team members across markets globally.
• Support the implementation of global organizational change initiatives to drive efficiency and CLR value.
• Deliver CLR training to leaders and employees to reduce labor risk.
