Job summary

Infineon Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a capable electronics tester to perform test program checkout across varying temperatures and assist with board-level testing.

The role requires basic electronics knowledge and the ability to read schematics, analyze tester logs, and support shipment processing and documentation. Candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing test environments and familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Advantest or Teradyne

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform testprogram checkout across different temperatures.
• Conduct yieldand Process Capability Index (Cpk) analysis using a minimum sample size of30 units.
• Performregression testing for hard and resistive shorts.
• Conduct spikechecks and analyze tester failures.
• Handle shipmentprocessing and documentation.
• Perform boardrepair, troubleshooting, and checkout.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min. Diplomain Electronics / Electrical Technology Course or equivalent.
• Min. 0-3year of relevant experience in product testing, preferably in manufacturingenvironment
• Basicknowledge of electronics and components.
• Able to readschematics and understand board designs.
• Able to analyzefailures from tester logs.
• Experiencewith Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Advantest or Teradynetest systems.
• Familiar with dataanalysis tools and Microsoft Office.
