Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Technician Engineering to support semiconductor testing and engineering activities, including program checkout across temperature conditions and tester board troubleshooting.

The role requires hands-on electronics knowledge, the ability to read schematics, analyze test data, and perform failure regression and spike investigations, with exposure to Advantest/Teradyne ATE systems.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Technology Course or equivalent.
• Min. 0-3 year of relevant experience in product testing, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and components.
• Able to read schematics and understand board designs.
• Able to analyze failures from tester logs.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Advantest or Teradyne test systems.
• Familiar with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct yield and Process Capability Index (Cpk) analysis using a minimum sample size of 30 units.
• Perform regression testing for hard and resistive shorts.
• Conduct spike checks and analyze tester failures.
