Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician to support maintenance for client properties in the Metro Manila area. You will handle basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, while ensuring common areas are clean and safe.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of relevant experience, and the ability to read manuals and write routine reports. Computer literacy and good problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds and common areas to keep them clean, operational, and safe for clients.

About the Role:

• Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, common areas to keep clean, operational, and safe for our clients.
• Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Facility Manager.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled and any other related duties as required or assigned.
• Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment

About You:

• Has High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational courses with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Computer literate.
