Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician in the Philippines to provide essential maintenance support and ensure high standards of service for clients. The role requires multi-trade knowledge, safety compliance, and proactive reporting to the Facility Manager.

The Technician will perform scheduled maintenance, manage tools and equipment, and contribute to a clean, safe environment across client facilities.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting).
• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and be computer literate.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagrammed instructions.

About the Role:

• Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, common areas to keep clean, operational, and safe for our clients.
• Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Facility Manager.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled and any other related duties as required or assigned.
• Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment

About You

• Has High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational courses with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Computer literate.
• Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
