Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines seeks a Senior Accountant to manage finance-related transactions, ensure accurate billings, collections, payables, expenses, budgets, and reports. You will handle invoice creation, collections monitoring, supplier processing, and month-end closings to maintain accurate financial records.

The role requires a degree in accounting (CPA a plus) and at least five years of experience, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable in Accounting with at least 5 years’ working experience.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice and collection management: prepare client invoices, ensure documentation, monitor collections, reconcile records.
  • Supplier and compliance processing: handle supplier invoices and ensure compliance.
  • Financial monitoring and reporting: maintain and reconcile monitoring, review expense reports, and prepare monthly revenue reports with variance analysis.
  • Planning and month-end activities: assist in annual operating plan and perform month-end closing.
  • Bank reconciliation and other duties: prepare monthly bank reconciliations and perform other finance-related tasks.

About the Role:
