Job summary

InfraSensing is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation for sensor products, including manuals, datasheets, presentations, and internal documentation. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions and ensure accuracy before customer release.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and production teams, proficiency in Word/PowerPoint, and the ability to read datasheets and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; or proven technical writing experience.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, user-friendly technical docs.
• Strong command of written English (grammar and clarity).
• Basic understanding of electronics, sensors, or embedded systems.
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets, specs, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Experience creating diagrams or visuals (Visio, Canva, etc.).
• High attention to detail and structured information delivery.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio or writing samples are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for sensors, manuals, datasheets, guides.
• Develop presentations and visuals to support product understanding.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions.
• Produce dumbed-down, accessible instructions for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with engineering and production for internal docs.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all documentation.
• Serve as backup support for customer inquiries related to products.
