You will oversee help center article creation, ongoing maintenance edits, and act as a daily client-facing anchor coordinating cross-functional writers, editors, and content strategists.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting technology-focused customer service, help center, or technical support projects.
• Experience as a technical writer, copy editor, quality reviewer, or content project coordinator is a plus.
• Proficiency with CMS, translation platforms, collaborative office suites and AI-powered tools.
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Acting as a daily, client-facing anchor, the coordinator guides technical writers, manages stringent project milestones, and ensures seamless cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead scheduled project kickoff sessions, ensuring cross-functional alignment across technical writers, editors, team leads, and content strategists to effectively handle complex project requests
• Interprets complex scoping instructions for large launches, parsing through fragmented resources, reference materials, and technical jargon to determine what needs to be synthesized into reader-friendly content

• Completed 2 years in college without back subjects.
• A college degree in Communications, English, Information Technology, Journalism, or a related tech field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting technology-focused customer service, help center, or technical support projects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer, copy editor, quality reviewer, or content project coordinator, with a proven ability to audit structured documents and writing guidelines.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), translation platforms, collaborative office suites (docs, spreadsheets, project trackers), automated staging setups and other AI-powered tools
• High in English proficiency - Speaking and Writing
