Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for curriculum development both classroom based and online training.
Perform administrative duties including training status report.
Prepares training program and planning.
Analyze Dealer network aftersales skill level both soft skill and technical skills requirement.
Facilitate and conduct FUSO curriculum based technical training.
Maintain a database of all training materials.
Aid in Dealer technical inquiries and assistance.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive or any related course.
With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
Experience in automotive is an advantage.
Must know how to drive with valid Driver’s license.
