Job summary

Fuso Corporation is seeking a Technical Training Staff in Laguna to develop and deliver both classroom and online training programs for the dealer network. The role involves planning, scheduling, and maintaining training materials while supporting technical inquiries.

Requires a Mechanical/Automotive engineering background with at least 2 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 50% is expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Technical Training Staff will be in-charge of the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for curriculum development both classroom based and online training.
• Perform administrative duties including training status report.
• Prepares training program and planning.
• Analyze Dealer network aftersales skill level both soft skill and technical skills requirement.
• Facilitate and conduct FUSO curriculum based technical training.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Aid in Dealer technical inquiries and assistance.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive or any related course.
• With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in automotive is an advantage.
• Must know how to drive with valid Driver’s license.
