Job summary

Hino Motors Philippines Corporation in Laguna Calamba is seeking a Training Specialist to design and update technical training modules for Hino products (engine, electrical, chassis, transmission).

You will prepare manuals, presentations and hands-on guides, conduct classroom and on-site trainings at the training center or dealer sites, support the technician certification program, and coordinate with Service and Technical Departments to address issues and ensure safe hands-on sessions.

Qualifications

• Design and update technical training modules for Hino products (Engine, electrical, chassis, transmission).
• Prepare technical manuals, presentations, hands-on activity guides, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom and practical training for dealer technicians at the Hino training center or dealer sites.
• Support implementation of technician certification programs and skills contests.
• Coordinate with Service and Technical Departments on technical issues for future training.
