Job summary

The Trends Group, Inc. seeks a Training Consultant for Trends Academy to deliver and develop courses aligned with business needs. You will pursue required certifications, provide L&D consultancy to customers, and support the sales team in growing business with clients.

You will also ensure labs and courseware readiness, track key metrics like customer satisfaction, and transfer knowledge to incoming instructors, while acting as a subject-matter expert for Trends Academy Training Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any IT-related course with good academic records.
• 3–4 years of IT experience with Learning & Development consultancy exposure.
• Expertise areas: CyberSecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Python and OOP.
• Familiarity with ITILv4 certifications is highly favored.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and develops training courses per schedule.
• Achieves required certification levels and tracks progress.
• Studies and prepares for new course introductions and labs.
• Prepares and troubleshoots classroom and virtual setups.
• Maintains metrics on customer satisfaction and reports regularly.
• Transfers knowledge to new instructors on assignment.
• Supports Trends Academy training services with pre-sales input.
