Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a Professional, Department Training to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs. You’ll work with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into practical, scalable learning experiences that accelerate onboarding and performance across products and platforms.

You’ll also create hands-on labs, simulations, and digital modules while measuring impact and iterating to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, learning enablement, instructional design, or related field with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including new hires and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technical platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, knowledge management systems, or enterprise tools, plus modern learning tech and AI-enabled training.
• Proven success managing training initiatives and influencing stakeholders via data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, Python, databases, or Couchbase; ability to create hands-on labs using containers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs for products, platforms, systems, and tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build scalable learning experiences.
• Create and maintain technical content, labs, simulations, and digital learning modules.
• Assess training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and metrics; continuously improve programs.
