Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development in the BPO space
• Proven ability to design and implement successful training programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Vyond)
• Experience in data analysis to measure training impact
• Commitment to an inclusive workplace culture
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking training and development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead a team of training specialists, providing mentorship and performance management.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement through workshops and learning opportunities.
• Monitor performance data for new hires and tenured agents and recommend improvements.

• Facilitate and observe training sessions to ensure impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and development opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and appropriate solutions.
