Job summary

HRTX in Bonifacio Global City is seeking an experienced Training Materials Designer and Lead Trainer to design and deliver technical courses for developers, engineers, and clients onsite. You will create hands-on labs, tests, and engaging sessions, adapting content to real-world business needs.

You will stay current with Java, JavaScript, and cloud platforms, mentor learners, track progress, and collaborate with architects to tailor training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in corporate technical training or curriculum design.
• Strong background in Java, JavaScript and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Training Materials: Create and update courses, hands-on labs, and tests tailored to technical services.
• Lead Training Sessions: Teach engaging online and in-person classes to developers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Maintain Tech Expertise: Keep up with the latest industry tools and trends to ensure training stays up to date.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with architects and client teams to tailor training to real-world business needs.
• Evaluate & Improve: Track learner progress, gather feedback, and upgrade course quality.
• Guide & Mentor: Offer ongoing technical support to help learners succeed.
