Job summary

HRTX in Bonifacio Global City is seeking an experienced Training Materials Designer and Lead Trainer to design and deliver technical courses for developers, engineers, and clients onsite. You will create hands-on labs, tests, and engaging sessions, adapting content to real-world business needs.

You will stay current with Java, JavaScript, and cloud platforms, mentor learners, track progress, and collaborate with architects to tailor training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in corporate technical training or curriculum design.
• Strong background in Java, JavaScript and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in corporate technical training or academic teaching/curriculum design.

  • Background working in a tech solutions company or similar tech environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong background in Java, JavaScript, and cloud platforms/programming languages.

• Soft Skills: Top-notch communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and instructional design tools.

  • Tech certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco).
